How it works

If you are not happy with any item, just tell us within 7 days of delivery.
We will reprocess it or give you a refund.

Share your order ID and a photo or short video showing the issue.
This helps our team understand what happened and improve next time.

Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 days to your original payment method or wallet.

When you get a refund

• If one or more clothes are not cleaned or ironed properly, we refund for those specific items.

• If a piece of clothing is lost or misplaced, we refund up to the total order amount or ₹1000 which ever is lower.

• You can also choose a free redo instead of a refund.

Fair use policy

To keep things fair for everyone:

• Refunds can be requested only within 7 days of delivery.

• Repeated or false refund requests may lead to your account being blocked for future orders.

• Pickup and delivery charges are not refundable.

• The maximum refund value is ₹1000 for any single order.
