By placing an order with us on WhatsApp or our website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below.
We’ve written them in simple language so that everything is clear and easy to understand.

1. What services does DailyMinutes provide?

We offer pickup, washing, ironing, wash and iron, dry cleaning, and delivery of clothes and household fabrics.
Our services are available only in the areas listed on dailywashpro.com or confirmed by our pickup team.

2. What is the turnaround time?

Our usual delivery time is between 6 and 48 hours, depending on the order size and service type.
Delays may happen during heavy rain, power cuts, or public holidays.
We will always inform you if there’s a delay, but no compensation will be given for delays caused by reasons outside our control.

3. Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. The minimum order value depends on the service type:

  • ₹100 for Ironing

  • ₹200 for Washing

  • ₹300 for Wash & Iron

  • ₹300 for Dry Cleaning

Orders below these amounts may attract a pickup charge, which will be shared at the time of booking.

4. Who can use DailyMinutes services?

You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law.
By placing an order through WhatsApp, you agree to receive digital communication and consent to electronic records under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

5. How can I place an order?

Message us on WhatsApp +91 90366 31415.
Our team will confirm your pickup time, estimated delivery, and payment method.
We may contact you through WhatsApp or call for order updates.

6. How should I prepare my clothes for pickup?

Please check and count your clothes with our pickup staff.
Any difference in count should be reported at delivery or within 24 hours after you receive your clothes.

7. How do you handle garments?

We handle every garment with care. However, DailyMinutes is not responsible for:

  • Color bleeding, shrinkage, or fading

  • Weak fabrics or old garments that get damaged

  • Missing or incorrect care labels

  • Buttons, zips, beads, or embellishments that cannot handle washing or ironing

Customers should avoid sending delicate or expensive garments for basic wash services.

8. What if my clothes are damaged, unsatisfactory, or lost?

If you are not satisfied with any item, let us know within 7 days of delivery.
We will rewash it or refund you, depending on what you prefer.

  • The maximum refund limit is ₹1000 per order.

  • If a garment is lost and confirmed by us, we refund up to the total order value, capped at ₹1000.

  • Pickup and delivery charges are not refunded.

9. How are refunds processed?
  • Raise your request within 7 days on WhatsApp.

  • Share your order ID and a photo or short video showing the issue.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet).

  • For cash payments, refunds are made via UPI transfer.

10. What if I don’t collect my clothes?

If clothes are not collected or delivered because of customer unavailability for 30 days after the first delivery attempt, they may be donated or disposed of responsibly.
No refunds will be given after this period.

11. Can prices change?

Yes. Prices may change if garments require special care or extra treatment.
We will inform you before processing.
All prices include GST unless stated otherwise.

12. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before pickup.
After pickup, cancellation is not possible since processing begins immediately.

13. What are the rules for using WhatsApp and our website?
  • All communication and service updates happen through WhatsApp or dailywashpro.com.

  • Please do not send spam or abusive messages.

  • We may block or refuse service to customers who misuse the platform or behave inappropriately.

  • You agree not to copy or resell any content, price list, or offer from our website.

14. How do you protect my data and privacy?

We follow Indian data protection laws.
Your personal information (name, phone, address, order details) is used only for pickup, delivery, and service updates.
We never sell or share your data with anyone.

15. What is your legal liability limit?

Our total liability for any order is limited to ₹1000.
We are not liable for indirect losses such as emotional distress, inconvenience, or loss of income.

16. Which laws apply to DailyMinutes?

All services are governed by the laws of India.
